Most companies understand that the
growth of their companies increases revenue. This keeps them in business
long-term. Growth such of this type may mean companies have to establish
offices and branches in different cities, states, or even countries. Because of
distance, communication between these different offices and their employees can
be somewhat difficult and challenging. Management and leaders would spend a
large amount of time delivering important messages and updates individually to
their employees. However, there is a solution. The solution is conducting
