Follow The System: The Difference between What’s Easy & What’s Hard

I recently had a conversation with a man who stated to me that he wanted  to advance in his career, but for several reasons this achievement is not happening for him. I immediately asked him what steps he was taking to advance in his career. He said that he once and a while would expose people to his opportunity and also sell the products from his company. I then asked him what system he was following that would help him advance in his career. As with most people, he wasn’t following a system. I told him that this is the adjustment he needed to make as soon as possible. Because this gentleman was in a Network Marketing company that contained several systems to help new distributors make money and achieve success; he was confused on what system to choose. He asked me why following a system was important for his success, and this is what I told him.

Many companies have different systems to help distributors achieve success because people are very different. What works for one person may not work for another. To find the system you have to see what works for you. In the beginning, this may mean you have to try different systems to discover what the best system for you is. Then, once you discover what system is best for you; your next course of action is to follow that system consistently. This is where so many people make the mistake of not achieving success. They either try to change the system or they begin to complicate the system they chose. In Network Marketing distributors achieve success quicker by sticking to the system they choose and keeping it simple in which it’s easy to duplicate.

It’s a known fact that in NetworkMarketing you get paid on your own efforts, but your pay increases when you teach and train others to do what you do. So, find and follow a system that works best for you just make sure that it’s simple and easy to duplicate.
