How Dedicated Are You

                To find out how dedicated you are to accomplishing your goals in Network Marketing; you must first ask yourself some questions. Here are a few of them:

·         Are you dedicated to achieving success no matter what comes in your way?

·         Are you dedicated to working on your personal development by learning something every day that will help you reach your goals?

·         Are you dedicated to learning new people skills?

·         Are you dedicated to advertising for new customers and recruits?

·         Are you dedicated to prospecting?

·         Are you dedicated to doing everything it takes to ensure your success?

These are just a few questions however; if you answered YES to all of them then you on the correct path to achieve you desired goals in Network Marketing. 

                There are some many benefits to being a dedicated person. A dedicated person will out work others ensuring that the job will be completed. He or she will also make sacrifices to complete his or her task. For example, they will work longer and harder than everyone else. They are 100% focused following their set course until success is achieved. A dedicated person’s creativity increases in which they will seek and find new ways and plans that will help them achieve their goal. 

              They avoid negative situations especially those situations that will distract them from staying on the path to their desired goal. They are diligent. In other words, they are willing to show up early, stay late, and are always ready to win. A dedicated person takes pride in what they do and others have no choice, but to know they are very proud of working to achieve their desired goal. 

                Non-dedicated people view dedicated people as being very obsessed. Although this may appear to be true; dedicated people should never take this perception personally. I believe that more people should become more dedicated in achieving what it is they want out of life, and stop making excuses. Increasing your dedication is not very difficult. Here is a few ways to increase your dedication toward achieving a desired goal. 

First, research why you want whatever it is you want out of life. When you obtain your goal; what type of emotional response will you develop? Will you be filled with joy or just simply be happy? Second, you should create a solid plan to achieve your goal. This plan will be your blueprint and guide helping you to stay on your path. 

Third, you must practice, practice, and practice steps and methods that will help you in your journey towards achieving your goal. This builds confidence in which minor setbacks won’t bother you because achieving your goal is more important. Fourth, humble yourself and never believe that you know everything. Always leave enough room to learn something new that will help you achieve your desired goal. 

Finally stay realistic by never kidding yourself. The journey toward achieving your goal is going to be a rough dogfight. However, when you obtain your goal the dogfight will be worth it.

The Company for Women & A Few Good Men

                I have been an Independent Sales Representative in a company that has been around for over 127 years. Did you read that correctly: over 127years? This statement alone displays pride to the world in the sense that the majority of companies that started that long ago are no longer in business. Companies such as Woolworth, Alexander’s, and Atari to name a few are no longer in business for whatever reasons. However, this company managed to survive the several recessions and depressions that this country has faced. This proves that this company knows how to operated and run a successful business.

                Another reason why I chose this company was for its branded name. Branding is very important for businesses today because it sets them apart from their non-branded competition. For example, when you think of soda, you think of Coke-A-Cola or Pepsi. You don’t think of Jack Soda Pop. Which soda brand would receive more sales? Of course, it would Coke or Pepsi because it is well known. Another example is when a person thinks about American cars. He or she thinks about General Motors, Ford, Dodge or Chrysler. Buying Bill’s automobile is the furthest thing from their minds. This is exactly how this company has branded itself. When you think of high quality and inexpensive beauty items; this company’s name is amongst the top.

                I have other reasons besides the top two I previously stated reasons however; my last reason is that it’s easy and simple. My current Network Marketing Company is a catalog sales company. Items are printed in a well designed brochure for me to hand out to potential customers. I consider this my “mini-store” because this brochure has a large amount of items that customers can choose from. Because of the wide variety of items my chances of getting a sale increases. Others in my current company may disagree with my next statement, but I will always stick to what I am about to say, “This brochure sells itself!” I don’t have to convince anyone on why they should buy from me versus buying items from my company’s competition. The decision-making process is entirely up to each customer. My job is to hand out as many “mini stores” as I can to as many people as I can and then ask, “What would you like to buy from this brochure?” I mean this is entirely a "No-Brainer."

                I will never put down other companies. However; for a very low investment fee of just 10 dollars to get involved and with its length of being in business, it’s branding, and simplicity; I will never join another company unless this company decides to go out of business for good. Mental Suicide: Stop Worrying and Stressing

                Some people would say that life is hard. In some ways this statement is very true. People have to deal with situations and conditions that on some occasions are not so pleasant. This will cause them to worry and stress. These two emotions are very dangerous for your health. They are silent killers. If not controlled; worry and stress can cause physical symptoms such as ulcers, migraines, and disease. In other words, when you worry and become stressed you are slowly killing yourself. This has to stop! Here are some ways to help you control the emotions of worry and stress.

                First, know you shouldn’t worry about something that has not happened yet. For example, worrying about a situation that has not occurred only creates thoughts and scenarios of what might happen not what will happen. You see, people cannot predict the future so how do we know exactly what will happen. Second, start believing that you can handle any situation or condition you encounter; no matter what it is. You must develop this belief because if you want to make the situation or condition go away you have no choice but to handle it and go through it. 

                Third, if you are worrying and stressing about your health, then work each and every day on ways to improve your health. You should exercise, eat right, and take all the necessary steps to ensure you will achieve maximum health. Fourth, if your worries are about your family then take steps to make your family-bond better. For example, spend more time with them and improve the quality of how you spend time with them. You can go to the movies together, or even go out to eat together. Do whatever it takes to create a stronger family-bond thus, reducing you from worrying and stressing about your family. 

Finally if you are worrying about money; I believe there is only one solution. This solution is to find ways to obtain more money. Some people may disagree with me and say no just create a budget, save money, and live below your means. I disagree with them because this can also help to create worrying and stress. For example, questions and statements such as did I save enough more, or I wish I could buy what I want, but unfortunately I can’t afford it. However, when you increase the amount of money you make your worries about money will go away.

Determination: The Driving Force for Success

                One definition of determination is the act of deciding definitely and firmly. Another definition states a firm and fixed intention to achieve a desired end. Both definitions repeat the word firm which can be viewed as something of a serious nature. I agree that without having a serious attitude towards achieving success; the chances of achieving success won’t happen. Determination is truly the driving force behind what keeps a person moving towards his or her goals and dreams. The benefits of having high determination can be life changing. 

                People with high determination are highly focused. They know exactly what they want, and fight hard to obtain it. With this type of laser focus, their chances of success are greatly increased. They are very persistent with an “I am going to keep trying mo matter what” attitude. The obstacles in their path are reduced because their focus is only on their goal. Determined people are more optimistic in which they know without a shadow of a doubt they will achieve their desired goal. They are very driven and most people view them as being too cocky or even rude. The reason for this is because determined people have learned to combine will power with persistence. Others do not understand this driving force so they choose to judge them harshly. In addition, the truth is when a determined person achieves their desired goal; the excuse of “why don’t you go and achieve your goals like I did” is taken away from the undetermined person. 

I believe that there are several ways to increase a person’s determination. Here they are: 

1.       You must turn your “SHOULD’S” into “MUST’S!”

2.       You must keep your eyes on your goal at ALL times!

3.       You must become GOAL-CONSCIOUS!

4.       You must completely focus on and embrace every possibility!

5.       You must never ever quit or give up!

6.       You must know exactly what you want!

7.       You must increase your will-power. Tap into your internal energy and concentrate your thoughts on creating specific plans for obtaining what you want.

8.       You must remove ALL: indifference, indecision, doubt, worry, over-caution, and procrastination.

The Convenience of Conference Calls

Most companies understand that the growth of their companies increases revenue. This keeps them in business long-term. Growth such of this type may mean companies have to establish offices and branches in different cities, states, or even countries. Because of distance, communication between these different offices and their employees can be somewhat difficult and challenging.
