The Magic of CONSISTENCY

A very powerful characteristic that every successful leader has to develop is consistency. Consistency is a product of disciple. The process of achieving any goal takes more than just thinking positive and having a strong belief. One has to be disciplined enough to continue to produce consistent actions that will help him or her reach a desired goal. The discipline of consistency is not achieved our night. This is something that takes time to develop. Along with time, one has to also have a strong desire in staying consistent knowing that consistency is key in reaching his or her goal.

In network marketing, consistency plays a very important part for leaders who want to achieve financial freedom through their company’s business opportunity. Network marketing leaders know that in network marketing financial freedom is achieved by constantly increasing the size of their down line business team. The more teammates they have selling products or a service the more income that will be generated for the teammates and the leader.
The best way to develop consistency in network marketing is by understanding a few facts:
  1. MASTERING THE BASICS – People are constantly trying to re-invent their company’s system seeking the quantum lead to success. This never happens. Mastering the basics is achieved in small steps consistently taken over time moving towards a desired goal. For example, promoting an advertisement that states: earn money home online in a weekly paper each week.
  2. Understanding that success in network marketing is a “NUMBERS-GAME” and he or she who plays with larger numbers will obtain success faster. The most successful people in network marketing achieved the most “no’s” knowing that they will eventually obtain a few “yes’s.”
  3. Understanding the “LAW of AVERAGES” i.e. 25 exposures may produce 1 recruit; so increase the amount of recruit a leader should increase the amount of exposures.
  4. A consistent person attracts more serious teammates because their commitment displays passion and conviction toward his or her business opportunity, company, products and/or service.
  5. Consistency creates loyalty amongst customers and teammates. Customers continue to purchase from people who consistently provide high quality service. Teammates stay longer with a leader who is very consistent in his or her actions.
  6. Decide that you will….until. Put to death any notion of quitting. Except only that you will achieve your desired goal.
  7. Stay focused!! Life will throw you off course at times. Consistency is developed by keeping your goals in front of you at all times. A good example of keeping your goal in front of you is by placing a picture of what you want on your bedroom wall.
  8. Write out a specific plan of action and commit to following that plan each and every day.
Successful leaders in business truly understand that there is “Magic” in remaining consistent and you should too.
